We uphold the Donor Bill of Rights, adapted from standards promoted by the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) and widely adopted by U.S. nonprofits. These rights apply to all Qurban USA donors.
Right to Information
Donors have the right to be informed of the organization's mission, how donations are used, and the capacity of the organization to use donations effectively for their intended purposes.
Right to Transparency
Donors have the right to obtain copies of the organization's most recent financial statements and to receive appropriate acknowledgment and recognition for their gifts.
Right to Privacy
Donors have the right to give anonymously and to have their personal information handled with respect. We will not share donor information with third parties for commercial purposes.
Right to Be Heard
Donors have the right to expect that relationships with fundraisers will be professional and free from excessive pressure. You may opt out of communications at any time.
Tax-Deductible Gifts
Where applicable, donors have the right to receive proper written acknowledgment of charitable contributions for U.S. federal and state tax purposes, including IRS-compliant receipts for tax-deductible donations to qualifying 501(c)(3) organizations.
